Most consignment shops have a No Return policy but we understand that purchasing for growing little ones can be tricky and the ability to return or exchange is appreciated. With this in mind we have established a 72-hour return policy.
Why? Once you agree to purchase an item, money moves into a consignor’s account. We can hold processing items for 72 hours but then must conduct the sale and credit the consignor’s account. At that time, the money is theirs and they can claim or spend it. We cannot request money back from them because of a return. Please note that this means 72 hours from time of purchase, NOT the time of pick-up; so, if there is any doubt about a purchase you have made online, a speedy pick-up is required.
