How do I pay for my online order? Instructions will lead your way through your order. You can pay via Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer (EMT) or pay when you pick-up your order at the store. Opting to pay on pick-up is an honour system. Please follow through with your order and pick-up/pay promptly.

How do I pay for my in-store purchase? We accept INTERAC, Visa, Mastercard & Cash. Remember: Small businesses love cash… no service fees!

Can I look at / try things on before I purchase? Yes. Please send us the links to the items you would like to see in an email and we will have them ready for you at the store within 48 hours. If you are interested in trying on maternity clothes, let us know what you would like to see and we can have everything ready for you to try on.

Where & when do I pick-up my order? Your order is ready for pick-up at 1854 Danforth Avenue during business hours 48 hours after placement. If there are issues or delays, we will email you. Our hours are: Tuesday – Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 11am-4pm. We’re closed Mondays.

How long do I have to pick-up my order? Please pick-up your order within 1 week of placing it. If you want to make alternate arrangements, please let us know.

What is your Return Policy? We understand that purchasing for growing little ones is tricky. With this in mind we have a 72-hour return policy. Please note that this means 72 hours from time of purchase, NOT time of pick-up; so, if there is any doubt about an online purchase, a speedy pick-up is required.

Can I trade or barter for items? No. Prices are set and agreed upon with the mums that consign with us. We’re not a garage sale.

How do I have items shipped in Canada?

  • Within the GTA: We offer a flat rate of $15. Items that cannot be shipped due to size / weight are indicated on the website. If your order is too large or heavy to ship, we will advise. We’re open to courier arrangements. We offer free shipping for orders $100+ (before taxes).
  • Outside the GTA: We’ll provide a shipping quote based on your postal code and the size of your order. Once shipping costs are agreed upon, you can pay this via EMT or Paypal and we will ship upon receipt. Shipping is through Canada Post and can take up to two weeks to receive, depending on your location. A tracking number can be provided upon request.

How do I have things shipped outside of Canada? We don’t offer U.S. / International shipping through the website, so please contact us and we can make special arrangements. Please note there is a $20 minimum for international orders.
